Returns & Exchanges - The Apex

You can return or exchange an item within 7 days of delivery.

• The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories and proof of purchase.
• To request a return, email us at theapexstore9@gmail.com with your order number.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item, in which case we cover the cost.
• Once we receive and inspect the item, we refund you within 14 business days using the original payment method, or via mobile wallet for cash-on-delivery orders.
• If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us right away with photos of the product.
